Project Motivation
I was first exposed to the world of transportation design on March 15, 2009, when I had the privilege of walking among the hundreds of cars at the annual Geneva Motor Show.
Of course I did not get there by mistake.
But only after years of admiration for the automotive world, hours in front of all the episodes of the British Top Gear, reading magazines and of course car drawings covering my notebooks.
The project was my first step into the world of transportation design and was meant to prepare me for tackling my final project,
in which I plan to design a vehicle.

Motorcycle Category:
Cafe Racer
Heritage:
The term "Cafe Racer" originated among British motorcycle enthusiasts of the early 1960s in London, where the bikes were used for short, quick races between popular cafés, in Watford at the Busy Bee café, and the Ace Café in Stonebridge, London.
Inspired by the yearly “Distiguished Gentleman’s ride” where Riders unites classic motorcycles and vintage dapper clothing. Riders all over the world gather to raise funds and awareness for men’s health.

2D Design Process
My E- Motorcycle was designed to live in an automated worldwhere the sense of driving your own vehicle is almost forgotten.
Like the shift the Watchmaking industry did in the Quartz crisis of the 70’s from timekeeping
tools to “Time Pieces” of luxury.
In A world without driving my motorcycle will be, like a mechanical watch, a glimpse at the past.
3D Design Process
The Transition into 3D started with regular clay, after realizing it's not the right tool for the job. Working with Monster clay, for the first time, gave me much more freedom to understand the 3 dimensional forms and details I needed to figure out for 3D modeling.
